Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in its original, undamaged packaging. The item must be unused, unopened, and fit for resale. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If you notice damage on the packaging upon arrival, or find the item is faulty upon delivery, take some clear photos displaying the issue/s as we will request them upon request for return/exchange/refund.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted, please refrain from doing so.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, frozen goods and livefood.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift vouchers.


Exchanges
If you were sent an incorrect item, or if you ordered an incorrect item accidentally and would like to exchange it, you can contact us at davyspets@gmail.com and we can help you as best we can. If you do wish to exchange an item for another, the item must be returned to us in the same condition it was sold in and must be fit for re-sale. We will not cover the postage cost for items to be returned to us. We will not be held responsible for damages that may occur during return nor will we accept items returned to us damaged or any condition other than when they were sold. Alternatively, you can drop them to our store during our opening hours. Exchanges will be dealt with on a case to case basis. 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging fit for re-sale. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
